What makes a person attractive? It’s a difficult question to answer if you’re being honest. The media will have us believe that to be considered conventionally attractive we have to look a certain way, dress a certain way and behave a certain way. It tells us that unless we look like a model or a famous actress we’re doomed. It makes us think we’re ugly, that we have a whole ton of problems, defects and imperfections that need fixing. It wears down our self-esteem and makes us feel worthless. And then it conveniently offers us a whole bunch of pricey solutions.
